Wave Magazine to Enter Tampa

MIAMI -- Marine Media Works, publisher of Wave and International Yachtsman magazines, announced a partnership with The
Tampa Tribune today to further the magazine's goal to penetrate waterfront cities in the United States through strategic partnerships with major newspapers throughout the country, mimicking the success of the magazine's relationship with The Miami Herald in South Florida.

As part of the new deal, editions of Wave featuring content from
Florida's West Coast will be inserted into Sunday editions of The Tampa
Tribune and distributed to top income waterfront subscribers. "We're
thrilled to expand our efforts to Florida's booming West Coast," says Jorge
Arauz, Group Editor- in-Chief of Wave and International Yachtsman. "We have
assembled a Tampa Bay Area-based team of award-winning editors, writers,
photographers and reporters ready to service the area's water enthusiasts
the area like never before."

"The Tampa Tribune and our television, on-line partners at Media
General are very excited to give our readers yet another reason to read The
Tampa Tribune now that Wave will be included with the paper to select
readers," says The Tampa Tribune spokesman Alan Williams. "We are also
looking forward to working with Wave on their family-oriented Marine
SuperShow."

"It will be a great opportunity to meet and interact with our readers
and viewers in a dynamic environment catering to nautical enthusiasts in
our area and across Florida," adds Williams. The Tampa Bay Marine SuperShow
will be held at Vinoy Park, Marina and Hotel in St. Petersburg from May
23-26, 2008.

Wave and International Yachtsman are affiliated with The McClatchy
Company, the nation's third largest newspaper publisher with 31 newspapers
in 29 U.S. markets. The first Tampa editions of Wave will be distributed in
The Tampa Tribune on Dec. 1.
